Default smokey the bandit after b16a swap

after getting my car to start after a b16a swap i am smoking out the whole block because of burning oil. i know i have compression, because i did a compression test. i am going to do a leak-down test, but do you think it could be valve seals? please give me some suggestions.

in my case i was blowing smoke while i was decelerating and that was the valve seal. if your constantly blowing smoke it might be your head gasket or your piston rings
