Default help me identify this sound

there this sound coming from my passenger side suspension. it sounds like a torque wrench which it clicks but much more harsh and louder like my wheel is about to fall of or something. only happens when i do hard slow turns or doing broken u turns. Pops a couple of times during broken u turns.

I'm thinking my balljoints. 00 hatch with coilovers, low. had these coilovers for a couple of years now and maybe the suspension is taking its toll from being so low for so long.

slap it in reverse and go in a circle. You will hear it better. Most probably a bad cv joint like others said.......
