how do i change the key on the new door, so i can use my old key? i dont even have the key to the new door i just bought . is there a way i can just swap the two?

You could take the lock out of the old door and put it in the new one.. Just a guess but im not 100% sure..

Why? You were just told how to do it. Pull out the lockset out of your old door or have your new doors rekeyed to the same lock pattern (which won't match your ignition key).
