Default Upper control arms

I recently bought a 92 si hatch, i got to looking at both upper controls arms while the car is sitting and the passanger side is lower?(the control arm that is) the car sits level. nothing seems to be bent but i do know the hub assembly was replaced a while back. Could taht be why its lower on that side if its an aftermarket hub assembly are something? not saying it is an aftermarket one cause im not sure.

could it be a shock is blown, making that side sag a bit. or check the springs if they are on the same way

I sort of have the same problem except on my driver side the upper control arm is angled upward a little bit and the front driver side sits about 0.5in lower than the rest of the corners. What could be the problem?

Here are some pictures. You can see the wierd angle of the driver side front upper control arm. It's pointed higher and is much closer to that part of the fender housing. Any input is appreciated. Thanks

It was the obvious: the spring was going. Gives me a reason to get some lowering springs
