Default trust exhaust sound!!!! help!!!!!

i finally got my trust muffler installed, it looks ok with the exception of the canister sitting really low but no worries about it hitting cuz i cant drop my car anyways. well my question is, why is it soooooooooooo quiet? are they all like that???? i mean, i can hear my engine more than my muffler. the sound it gives is mellow and pleasing but i cant really feel it like an car that has a greddy evo on his 2000 si. i thought it would be deep sounding but it is too quiet for my taste. what can i do so it can sound a little louder without it sounding like a pissed off weedeater? i have a 20 inch glasspack on the mid pipe section, do i go smaller than that??? thanks for all your help.

Trust exhausts were designed to have a low tone sound. I would be happy to have it that quiet.

you could take the glasspack, I don't know if it'd hurt any thing or not

i dont want it to be loud to the point of being annoying, i just want it to be a little more deeper i dont know how to explain it, i want it to sound like the greddy ev, or the tanabe medallion, not too loud but not too quiet. anybody know what i could do???

i had the trust cat back, but with a 5.zigen resonator. and that thing was super duper quiet. even with a gutted cat and 4-1 headers with the b18c motor.

the only way to get it louder, is by using a shorter resonator.

yea, shorter resonator. or none at all, then it would be loud as hell but sound pretty bad too. IMO id rather hear my motor than my exhaust any day. best thing i ever did was buy the longest resonator i could find
