help guys i was wondering if any of your had this indash tv or knew anything about it I just got one form a fellow h-t member but i was wonderign if i need to get a brain for it?? have i been scammed??? he told me that his friend just had : it rigged up to a playstation ??? can anyone help please Im me or e-mail me to dreiko85@yahoo.com

 

glancing online.. i believe that hu can work without a brain... im guessing the brain is for more features such as tv tuner or nav or some junk...

actually the brain is for stuff like. inputs(extra inputs) extra sub out, **** like that, extra ip buses so you can hook up tv tuner etc. etc.

 

thans guy snow can some one help me install it just give me like a walk trough?? I have wired up regular stereos before the the wire harness looks alot different i dont know were to wire the speakers

 

i have a 6600dvd which should wire the same as your 7000cd

same wire harness and the speakers wire right into your aftermarket harness

easy install

as for the brain, that is used for tv tuner/backup camera, and such, so i doubt you need it

 

I think you might either have to use a brain OR run it off a pioneer cd player via the IP bus.
