I hooked it up just like the directions except that I have the pressure source for the controller and the "IN" are T'd and connected directly to the intake manifold. The top of the Tial is connected directly to the "OUT", and the side is connected directly to the intake manifold also.

The directions say to hook the side of compressor to the "IN" and the controller directly to the intake manifold. I don't think this makes a difference. Everything else is the same as the directions. So why is it only boostin 9psi at max? When its off its boosting at the wastegate spring as normal. The boost controller settings 4, 3, 2, 1 are like they say, up, down, down, up. So what's wrong with this thing?
