GSR Header on an LS???

just wonderin if the GSR header and down pipe fit on an LS???

will bolt up to head, but will not bolt up to exhaust.

i just need to know if it will work off the engine...cuase i can always straight pipe the rest...will it fit the head for sure???...just trying to make sure cuase ive been told many different things...let me know cause i really need help on this swap!!!
