Default CEL 41

So i recently installed DC headers 2 piece. I had to extend the wire harness myself and i used posilocks. I didnt wrap the wires in anything but everything has been fine for a month. Until i accelerated really fast this one night and CEL came on. I pulled it and it was code 41. Anyways that same night i unhooked the battery and reseted the ECU because i couldnt see any leaks or smell wire burning. After i started her up it went away. Then came back...reseted...drove more than 10 miles and it came on again. Now 41 is primary sensor heater, does that mean the wires are fluxed from the heat or they became loose or is the sensor dead?

41 is usually the code that pops up when wiring is bad, code 1 is the one that usually pops up when your mixture is way off.
