JDM wiring....again...

JDM wiring....again...
Ok, ive got the wiring figured out for the most part, only things left are this. on my civic harness the only wire i dont have is a black/red wire which i take it is the knock sensor. but also on my civic harness there are 3 wires that are not on the jdm harness. they are on the lower harness 3rd row (jdm harness, upper harness 2nd row). dont have colors for you sorry. what are they for??
thanks for any help in advance. also if anyone knows where to run the knock sensor wire to on the ecu let me know!

yea i have a helms 2 of them, and a chiltons, the chiltons suck compared to the helms
