Empty slots on ECU?
I don't really want to tap another wire for the yellow/black wire from the IAB, so I need to know if there is a slot on the ECU that I can just plug in a wire to acheive the same goal cleanly.
If there isn't a way for me to do it that way, can I just tap into that big bundle of yellow/black wires on the driver's side tower harness?

Sound like you have a EG. If so, yel/blk wires on the driver side tower is sensor voltage. That is what you need for the IAB (besides the pink wire that needs to go to a17 if OBD1 ECU), There should be a empty slot in that connector. Just solder a pinout on the IAB wire (take the rubber plug out of the empty slot) and plug it in. You have a factory look.
