DSM T25 TURBO ON A STOCK SOHC HELP.
DOES ANY ONE KNOW HOW MUCH BOOST THE T25 FROM A DSM WOULD DO IF I RAN A HOSE FROM THE COMPRESOR TO THE INTERNAL WASTE GATE ,I NEED TO KEEP AT LEAST 8 PSI AT LEAST.
DON'T GO ABOVE 10 ON STOCK INTERNALS! (whew...) unless its been properly tuned (even then i still wouldnt break 8-9 psi). I was running a T-25 setup on my d16 with stock internals and pushed to about 11-12 psi (just had to see what it could do) and eventually i heard a big BANG and now my car smokes more (from the front AND the back) than Keith Richards on a nicotine binge. I would definitely build up your SOHC.....unless you wanna go on an "out-of-retirement tour" with KISS as the smoke machine for their shows......

yea i wouldnt run more than 8 psi and you should have some sort of fuel management like FMU, V-AFC, hondata....etc.
i used to have a T25 setup last year, and i always ran carb springs to the WG so i would only be boosting about 7-8. when i would put my WG on and connect the vacuum line it would run about 12psi because i rotated my housings a little for easier charge pipe routing. i blew a headgasket running 12, but never had any problems running around the 8psi area. make sure you have an adequate form of management
