Do I have to have one right away? Or is it only needed when running higher boost?

My beginner plan is to boost 6psi daily, 8 psi at strip with the following:

My b16a2 swap. +
Drag III kit.
Greddy EBC.
Hondata stage 3b.
440 CC injectors.
EGT, Boost, A/F ratio, oil temp guages.
And maybe something like a J&S knock sensor.

LOL. I am using an 99 Si radiator, which I hear is a little better then an Hx radiator even though it looks the exact same.

I have never gone above the little symbol on the temp guage either.

It may just be necessary for a radiator upgrade when doing lots of boosting? Eitherway, I will probably upgrade when the money is there.
