Default !!! valve adjustment: torque specs on 12mm lock nuts???

In the process of doing a valve adjustment on the integra LS...

Does anyone know if there are torque specs on the lock nuts for the valves? Am I just supposed to make them sufficiently tight? Anyone have a Helms handy?... I left mine at home.

Weird... this is the first time I've heard of torque specs for the lock nuts, and I used the Helms, C-Speed, Team-Integra and advice off here to do my adjustment.

thats the honda spec i pulled up right there. and i think the torque spec is more of a guideline, cause honda puts torque spec on spark plugs and valve covers.... and those you just kinda snug down. the spec is only there as a guideline

Double and triple check to make sure the adjustment screw didn't move when you tightened them.
