Help! Timing belt install B16...
I've never put a timing belt on a car. I just purchased this car w/ a B16 in it, and I got everything to do a full tune up. Water pump, plugs, F.filter, belt, cap & rotor. I've never set timing before and could really use some help. My car is running rich, so I figured I'll do everything and have my valves adjusted if necessary.
I know I should get a book for it, but I'm not sure which one to get. A helms for a Del Sol Vtec? Please help. Thanks a lot.
P.S. I tried searching, but only found partial references to 3 teeth past TDC.

The three marks close together are advanced, TDC, retarded, right?
Then the one by istself is for the Cam timing?
Should I get a timing light? If I'm just pulling off the old belt and water pump, what would I do after that?
This guy I know has a 96-00 Honda shop manual I can borrow that has the SI in it, will that work as good as the helms? Or is it just part #'s and stuff?

i did a google search when i did mine, there was a site with a step by step guide for changing the belt on a bseries motor.. i wish i could remember what the site was... it even had pictures..
anyway, pull the old belt off, pull the water pump off, replace it.. line the cam gears up, where they are pointing UP, you'll see it written on the gear. Then line the crank shaft pulley up with its mark.. there is a arrow on the block where it lines up, and there is a mark on the gear. Once that is done put the belt on.. then to tighten i didn't really understand that well but I believe its turn the crank pulley 3 teeth counter clockwise then tighten the tensioner..
very important.. DON"T LOOSE THE WOODRUFF KEY.. when you pull the crank pulley off make sure that thing doesn't fly off.. mine did and I had to wait a week for a new one cuz my dealership here sucks.
