i had a b18a with JE 9.1 pistons, bored .20 over, arp rod bolts, arp head studs, eagle rods, Hondata s200b and more and the other nite i bent a valve and screwed a piston ring.

Sooo, i sold the LS head and intake manifold and bought a B16a head. so now i am a LSvtec turbo...but i am wating for the head in the mail to install. what turbo is good to replace my beat up t3t4 with? my rev limit will be 8100RPM

 

I am running a t3 60-1 and i love it on my ls vtec it is being tuned as we speak

 

me too also a gt35killer by Innovative(t60-1). built ls/vtec 9:0 compression 317whp @ 9psi.

 

a gt35killer is a t3 60-1? what rpm do u all get full boost? whats ur rev limits?

how did you bend a valve?

 

i think its cuz i needed tuned bad and my car was lean uptop always and i hammered a little to hard and looked like a valve that was bent was also white, telling me SUPER HOT TEMP! so when metal gets super hot, it warps and bends easy, so figure

I like it cause I dont like boost low down. full boost by 5200
plus I rev my motor to 9K

 

would that turbo b worth it if u rev to 8100

 

I don't think so. You should get something where you're spooled at around 4k.

What is with everyone on here wanting to overturbo? He has a stock sleeve LS/VTEC that he is going to rev to 8000 RPM's tops. HE DOESN'T NEED A 600+ WHEEL HORSEPOWER CAPABLE TURBO!!!

I'm with you on that

 

T3/T4E would work fine for u or just get SC61

 

im going lsvtec turbo with a gsr head insetad of b16...when i go turbo, what kit do i buy it for, the LS or the GSR

 

It depends on ur intake manifold. If u r using gsr manifold u would have to buy for GSR. If using skunk2 manifold u would have to buy it for LS
