Tinker's LoveFab/Full-Race powered grocery getter.
First, I want to thank Geoff and Todd from Full-Race for their awesome tech support and products. I was getting massive amounts of oil out of the blow off valve(still getting some, probably left overs) at only wastegate spring pressure(13psi), and oil dripping out of the turbo inlet. Well, after taking the turbo housings off and finding BONE DRY wheels, I began to think it had to do with the setup. With multiple phone calls to Geoff/Todd, I traced the oil problem to a blown PCV valve(26psi jaunts in 2nd gear isnt good for stock 13psi boost levels I guess ). The oil in the turbo inlet was from ambient oil in the air getting sucked in, sticking to the inlet walls. Turbo is tight as hell.
Setup:
Full-Race T3/T67 turbo;
LoveFab Mini-me manifold;
3" Vband DP and exhaust;
72lb/hr injectors;
Tial 35mm wastegate, 50mm BOV;
Custom FMIC;
PSI-FI PowerPaq Piggyback;
IPP 32 way adjustable coilovers;
92/93 octane fuel ONLY(even on the dyno).
22psi daily driven, rain/sun/SNOW.
STOCK drivetrain, engine/trans/axles/clutch.
Yes, the SRT4's are built to the tilt!
Heres some pictures of the bucket.
Dyno on 6-11-04, 92 onctane fuel. SC61(blew up, RIP) powered:

Re: Tinker's LoveFab/Full-Race powered grocery getter. (b20turbojason)
Hrm....Im not sure I can just post prices...same as the Honda AC Mini-me. I have a cast version thats VERY close to being ready(I mocked a rough-cut when I put this turbo on, to make sure we were still w/in specs), so Im not sure I will sell many/any of the welded units.
As for power from the t67....Id guess another 30 whp/tq. Right now in 4th gear im at around 19 psi. This turbo will push 14% more air than the SC61, so I want to be carefull; although I was at a 10.6:1 a/f on that dyno chart, Im SURE Im still safe.
Right now, in 2nd gear, I hit around 23 psi(then the boost drops more per-gear, kind of opposite of Hondas).

Re: Tinker's LoveFab/Full-Race powered grocery getter. (prelude beast)
If I dont watch the tach religiously, I bounce the rev limiter. Actually in 2nd and 3rd gear, I have to shift a few hundred RPM lower than the tach reads because it cannot physically keep up.
So Ill answer your question with yet another Bruce Almighty quote, "Its good. Its G-00d."

Re: Tinker's LoveFab/Full-Race powered grocery getter. (cccya)
yep, the intake is one of my first tries at "pie slicing". Turned out OK I think. Over 12 feet of welds on that biotch(and 300psi out of both argon tanks for purge/backpurge).
Im seeing 20ish psi BY 3500rpm, and yes wheelspin is out of control, so GAP coverage is a MUST. I just hope if I eat it somewhere, it involves only ME. I dont drive like an idiot, so if Im feeling the "lead foot twinge" I make sure Im all alone on the road.
Is anyone going to the Gingerman Race day on the 5th? Ill be there w/a gallon of milk and a dozen eggs in the trunk! Kinda scared though, its my first time at the track(road course), GAP coverage doesnt do **** if you roll the ****** doing 120 down the straight on a RACE TRACK. So Ill be *****-footing until I get the hang of things. Oh ya, there WILL be videos galore on that day :-D

in the a/c business of fabricating, we call it "gored". if you have any a/c duct fabricators in the area, you can probably ask them to make you a 90 deg "gored"elbow out of SS. i'm sure they have plasma cutters . you can weld it together yourself. ask for scrap pieces

Re: Tinker's LoveFab/Full-Race powered grocery getter. (4-banging)
this one works just fine 4" steel exhaust pipe, clear coated when done. Im planning on moving to a beefy half radiator(or building one if I can find cores), then using one of the rectangle ducts in the bumper for an intake. We will see though, time is tight, and so is $.
