my friend sold me these cams, he showed me that he gained around 15hp on a gsr motor. when i put it in mine i made 3hp, WTF???
my setup: ls/vtec, ctr pistons, lightened crank, PP head with crower valvetrain.
is it because of my setup, or are these cams just ****?
I'll sell them if someone is interested.

 

Did you have your setup tuned before and after the cam installation? What kind of setup are the cams designed to operate with? What was your friend's setup? We need more details.

 

thanks for the reply, but i'm at a point where i rather sell these than play around with them. i can't stand how my engine runs with them in, sounds like it's about to blow up. thanks anyways
