WHAT CAMS ?
im looking for a decent set of cams and adjustable cam gears for my charged b20 vtec setup... btw im running a p+p b16a2 head, everything else stock besides hondata s200 with boost

Go with the OEM GSR cams, or if you want you could try to dial in the ITR cams, some people have got good results with them, it just takes some time and a lot of trial and error
