Default wierd electrical problem, little help?

um this is tripping me out. everytime i step on the brakes, the "door" light comes on. if im moving the light comes on and the seatbelt light flashes.(only if im not wearing my belt.)

im not pushing on any wires, or anything like that, i have only had a chance to look at it a couple times. this is really wierd. it only started the other day, seemigly out of nowhere. not really sure what would cause this or why. any ideas?

THis happened on my CRX. I ended up taking it to Honda for them to diagnose it, but it turned out to be something in the door, part of the seatbelt system or something. Just start tracing wires and look for something thats grounding out or touching something it shouldnt be.. Thats all I can really recommend you to do unless you want to take it somewhere.

Happened to my buddy but his seatbelt light came on instead...check all your fuses...then check them again...and again...you will find it.

that happened to me and what had happened was the hot wire on my brake position sensor, or whatever its called, had no power goign threw it so i just ran it to a empty plug under the dash and everythign works fine now. i guess the beeping and flashing was just a warning or something.

That's what the techs told me. They didnt actually point anything out, so I'm not too sure. They just said it was part of the seatbelt system grounding out or having a short. Sorry I can't be more specific.
