Default Aluminum welding, know anyone in Socal?

My friend is trying to put a HKS SQV Blowoff valve on his Comptech Supercharged 2002 S2000. Unfortunately we cannot find anyone that can weld aluminum in our area. I'm just wondering if anyone here can provide any references or suggestions.

We're trying to make a perfect seal from the BOV and the aluminum piping. He tried running with it just simply put on but it was leaking boost.

you'd be surprised how many people don't know that. Any place that can weld should be able to help you out. That's a fairly easy thing to do. Make sure they have a TIG welder.

You can fix it your self! I've seen this stuff in action and it is just as strong as conventional welding methods. No, i'm not a spokesperson

Is that so? Explain to me why the NSX's run in JGTC use bolt in cages instead welding them to the aluminum chassis.

- I think he is saying that alum. to alum. shouldn't be a problem and alum to steel is a problem?

We got the welding done!

Oh man, a HKS SQV BOV sounds sick on a Comptech Supercharged S2000.

Thanks for everyone's help here.
