You will more than likely need an impact screwdriver to get the philips head screws out.
Other than the retaining screws, just undo the bottom bolt on the caliper and swing it up. You can now pull off the pads and rotor and replace.

You mean 'turned'? They basically need to know if the rotor comes off for the lathe or they need to use the in-car lathe, right?
I believe Honda uses an in-car lathe.
So how much are you getting charged for new pads and the rotors to be turned?
OEM Honda pads ~$40
New Brembo blanks ~$30/each
