Default For you enine builders: Valve to Piston clearance?

Im in the process of claying my motor for valve- piston clearances. my head is milled about 35-40k i am using 12.5 arias pistons and Jun3s. P-v clearance is fine when the cam gears are at 0 in and 0 ex. I do not have valve-valve clearance at 0 in and 0 ex, so i need to either advance the ex. by 2 or retard the in. by -2 to get a valve to valve clearance of .030. Since my head is milled I do not want to guesstimate TDC until i get it to the dyno. My question is... Since my set up clears 0,0 (but i need to run +2 ex or -2 in for valve to valve clearanc) will advancing the intake cam or retarding the intake cam give me more piston to valve clearance?

Any comments, suggestions, or info will be greatly appreciated.

here is my guess -2 intake -2 exhaust will give the most clearance and you should clay with +2intake and +2 exhaust just to make sure.
