Default F22B2 piston to valve

Building a 100mm stroker. Using stock rods and off the shelf pistons, the piston will be out of the block by .0984 inches. If I just bore out the cumbustion chamber .1 inch in it, will that cause any piston to valve issues with me using a bisimoto level 2 cam? Cam specs are:0.400" valve lift on the intake, 0.372" exh; 222 deg duration on intake and 225 deg exhaust at 0.040"

Plan on running an 11:1 CR, was needing a -3.4cc dome(dish), will be slightly larger with the reduction in combustion chamber volume.

I know this is kinda noobish, and you probably need more info, but just let me know and I'll tell you.

I know that the motor should be physically checked for this, just want to make sure it's not obviously wrong.
