Engine shuts off after warming up....
Well my car hasn't been driven since last November. I've really been slackin on fixin it. I've had this car turboed for a little over a year. Well anyways here's my issue. My car will start. But after I guess it's warmed up to a certain temperature, the engine shuts off. The engine isn't overheating because I am watching the temp gauge. Well when I try to start it, the car won't kick over unless I reset the whole car by unplugging the battery. So I thought it could be my Greddy blue box messin up so I unplugged it. Car still shuts off. But now I am seein a CEL code 3 MAP sensor. Weird thing is the radiator fan doesn't shut off when the car is running. So I was thinkin maybe it was the ECU causing my car to shut off. So I switched my ecu out with a 95GSR ECU. Car ran and didn't shut off. But still shows the CEL Code 3. So I'm guessing my next step is with to replace the MAP Sensor and purchase a missing link for it also. I'm just posting this to see if anyone here has had this problem before in case the problem isn't the MAP sensor. I don't want to waste my money on something I don't need. Thanks.
