Timing belt change on 98 Accord EX 4L
I am planning on having my timing belt, balance belt, tensioners, w/pump changed. Any suggestions as to what else I should look for or do while I"m in there. I have the helm manual for the procedures but would anyone else have any other suggestions or advice on how to make it go faster and smoother? Appreciate any tips you can give. Thank you.

i got a 96, not sure if they're exactly the same but heregoes.
Definitely replace the balance shaft belt while you're in there.
Also on the timing belt tensioner you will see a slot and a bolt hole down the middle of the slot. Don't freak, there's not supposed to be a bolt there. The hole is there to temporarily hold the tensioner back while replacing the belt (you can steal a bolt from the shield). I spent hours looking for that bolt when I started putting things back together, my manual didn't really explain it well.
Finally the timing belt cover is a pain is the *** (they all are). They say to remove it from the bottom, but I think its easier to do it from the top. However you have to remove the entire engine mount bracket.
Hope this helps! Get some gear wrenches too, those'll save you so much time!
