Spark Plug Picture; what on earth?? Tach Problem as well! Help plz

The green wire probably goes to the negative side of the coil to get the rpm signal. Is it an aftermarket tach? Check out the back of a haynes manual and it shows pictures of different plugs and lists the causes of it. That is if no one can tell you what that is on here. About the tach though, they are very simple and atleast on the aftermarket ones there are only four wires, negative, posative, on side power(usually radio fuse) and negative coil(or tach/rpm wire). Check your connnections and hopefully it's just something simple like a bad ground.

the spring that flew off is the psrinig that was attached to the coil tip, now w/o it ur not makign contact so no spark is getting to the engine, try sticking in some thick *** wire or somethign so the ccoil can contact the dizzy cap.

and those plugs look lkke u been using too much fuel additives

i bet you are getting spark. Did you re-install the rotor correctly?

try to find a friend and swap coils and see if that fixes it.
