Dunno, its kinda a toss up. I hit a pot hole and broke the sidewall in a 50 series last fall. I drove on it for a day and was fine, but I didnt do anything crazy, and I doubt I went over 30 miles.

Thats called an impact bubble. You should get that tire replaced asap. It might not blow, but it will get bigger.

its a sidewall bulge..
caused by the splitting of the material inside the sidewall or a broken bead (from who ever installed it ) air can leak through the bead and cause the sidewall to bubble..
can also be caused by a defective tire...
or a number of other things such as leaving it up against a curb too long etc...
should be under warantee go back to where you got your rubbers.. most companies have a road hazard warantee .. you pay the difference of the tread you used vs what a new tire has .. plus some little fees or what not but saves you some $$$... but should replace in pairs or rotate tha tone to the back if its on the front.. car will pull/vibrate ..

Get it replaced to be safe.

I drove on a Nitto with a bubble for quite a few miles, but I didnt feel safe the entire time.

def get that replaced asap.

i was putting my tire on my rim a few months ago when i had just bought my SE wheels and it was pretty badly damaged and deformed portion of metal ripped the tire a lil bit when i was putting it on and caused a bubble... so i had to buy another tire.

it could blow at anytime!!! dont go under 50mph!!1

Yah, that usually happens on lower profile tires. I've had it done to me about 6 times! haha, anyway, like they it has been said, you can get away with it for a while, but eventually, DO change it. I had two on one tire once and it progressively got larger. The integrity of the wall is compromised because the belts are torn or broken, so yah, eventually it will get bigger and constant pressure on it will hasten this.
