ls tranny on b16?

I was going to put a ls tranny on a b16. what are the pros and cons of that .???

The gears are too long it will be pretty good on the freeway and for saving gas but for racing 1/8 or 1/4 it will be slower than b16, gsr or type r.

this is probly one of the slowest b series setups out there... just get a b16 tranny, or a gsr

I'm a little confused. Please explain why having a turbo setup makes the LS transmission work better compared to an all motor setup?

exactly. For some reason, people feel that a slower rate of acceleration(longer gearing) is good for boost.....I don't get it.
