omnipower coilover
Im only at the track like once a week, so I need a coilover that can handle the street more, but also one that I dont have to worry about on the track. I heard teins ride really stiff and I heard nothing but good about the omni's. Any suggestions?

Look at some hayame coilover, then look at some omnipower coilovers. They look indentical. There was a post with pics of both, if i can find it i will post it up.

i got em on my 2k si, they're the first set of coilovers i ever bought. i got em from kteller for 650. if you do search i wrote a review about them. to sum up the review, they're great. handles like a go-cart, easy install, takes turns like a high-end car. alittle bumpy at first but after a week it got softer, or maybe i just got use to it.
if you do get them, preload all four first before setting you ride height. it took a while for me to do, but worth it.

I just installed mine a week ago. I cannot say enough good things about them. IMHO, these are the best coilovers for under a grand on the market!!
You can just look at them and know that they are quality. Then you take a ride in a car with 'em on and you'll know!! Takes turns like you wouldn't believe, allows full shock travel, great choice of spring rates.... I mean, they're AWESOME!! I'd recommend these to anyone.
Here's a post I made of my install. Very brief but you'll get the idea.

Alright but heres the thing. I live in the Pittsburgh area of Pennsylvania and the roads arent that great at all. I mean theres bumps or uneven roads pretty much everywhere. Are the omnis going to be able to hold up b/c my GSR is pretty much a daily driver at least until winter. If they are able to hold up, what spring rate do you guys suggest. I mean it cant be so bumpy that you hit your head off the roof b/c if so im going to have migraines everyday.
My hatch is my daily also! They hold up just fine... and if for some reason they don't, Omni (Steve) has a full lifetime warranty on them. You can't beat that!
For the street/limited track setup you should get the 10k front/6k rear spring rates. This is what I have. Still REALLY stiff but definately driveable. Some guys are running the 12k/8k setup but IMO it's too stiff for a daily driver.
