Frame straightener Questions.....
Well I believe my EG may have some frame damage....and I was wondering exactly how does it work....Has anyone ever had it dont before?? Does it require any special things in order to get it done?
You're going to need a frame machine and a reputable company to do it. I've never pulled anything on a unibody so I don't even know how it'd work out, but I have done frame work on a body over frame vehicle before.
I'd imagine if your frame is damaged in a car as inexpensive as a car you may as well consider it totaled.
Just my .02.

ive just started helpin out at a local body shop and i get to see how they pull the bodys on totaled cars.
they got a computer that has all the measurement specs to your car and then they possition some sensors in some postions, do some checks and if something if off.
if its off, they attach a clamp to the body where the clamp is attached to a chain which is attached to a pulley which pulls the chain until the sensor is back within spec.
i hope you made sense of this jibberish i tried explaining to you, could i ask what part of the body do you think is out?
