B20vtec fuel and ecu

B20vtec fuel and ecu
Can I run a B20vtec with the ls fuel rail and injectors at least until I get it tuned to figure out what size injectors I'll need?? Also wondering if the pr3 ecu with VAFC will work well for 91 integra.
