I was wondering which would be better cams to put into a B18C, ctr or itr?

 

00-01 itr intake cam has the same spec as the ctr cam. the difference between the older itr intake cam compared to the ctr and 00-01 intake cam is that the ctr and 00-01 intake cam has +3 duartion but thats in comparison to the old intake cam and only on the intake side.

on all the itr and ctr the exhaust cams have the same spec. lift/duration. not sure if the ctr cam intake/exhaust is the exact same as the 00-01 itr there could be different in weight or ramp angle... maybe someone can chime in.
