a/c compressor tests good, but will not cycle on. PLEASE HELP
I just changed my a/c compressor.
The replacement came from an identicle honda that was rear-ended.
I temporarily hotwired the new comp. to make sure it was cool, and it works.
HOWEVER, I did have to replace the 7.5 A a/c fuze in the fuzebox. Unfortunately, that did not fix the problem, so what it going on here???
The other compressor went out very suddenly. It froze up (we took it apart after and it did not have near enough oil., but that is beside the point).
Does anybody have any idea what could have went out the same time the compressor went out??????

There is a great deal of wiring&circuit differences between the 1979 Accord and the 2004 Accord.
The answer my crystal ball gave is...."probably clutch fuse"

Did u recharge the a/c system with the proper quantity of freon it could have to much or too little. or maybe there's no freon.
