removing the cam holder... wont come off help!
I unbolted all the bolts that hold the cam holder down .. the part that bolts to the distributor.
Anyway I cant seem to take it off even though all the bolts are off. Is there some special technique that must be used in order to do this?

Take a screwdriver and wedge it up off the head. There are spots you can pick where it won't marr the mating surfaces. You should always try to avoid prying on machined and mating surfaces. When you pry, don't push down into the head. Pull up.
On caps 2, 3, and 4, you can wedge up on the middle area b/w the mating parts. On end 1 and 5 caps, you can use the spots under the studs for the valve cover.
If you need pics, I'm doing a valve adjustment later on today.

i would try and avoid prying on stuff in your head. Best thing to do is use a soft hammer or dead blow and tap it loose.(Tap, not bang!)
