Default Skunk 2 Chip question

Right now i'm possibly in the market for a chipped p28 ECU for my civic. I'm converting to OBD-1 to get rid of my knock sensor code but the 2 ECU's I have found come with with skunk 2 chips. Can someone tell me what to expect from the chip ? I've got a 98 civic DX with intake, header, exhaust, and a y8 mini me swap. Any replies are helpful. Thank guys.
