Default Head light bulb question??

I have the halo headlights(not one piece with corner lights) on my 92-95 civic and i am wanting to get piaa bulbs or sylvanias for brighter more hid look. But i dont know what the watt and what the bulbs are called like 9006 and etc. Let me know if you have them on your car and if you know what the watt and numbers are.

thanks

your stock bulbs are H-4 55 watt low and 65 watt high beam. imho piaa headlight bulbs are not worth the money

With stock wiring and connectors I wouldn't go over 90 watts...

I had some nice yellow ION h4 bulbs in my hatch, those were the best damn looking lights I've ever seen.

i looked up the h4 size and they dont look like my bulbs. My bulbs are very small if i remember right with a wire with a mesh type thing around it.. with a male connection

most likely its an h3. the output of the projector will look different than your bro's car, so dont expect it to look the same. also, h3 style projectors are notorious for bulb failures as they have inadequate cooling for the bulb. i had denji's on my accord, and i need new bulbs every other month. long story short: i wouldnt waste $$ on expensive bulbs. the output of the projectors will always be shitty unless you pop in some hids

Just hit up eBay and search for MTEC bulbs. Cause h3 bulbs in probably your cheap projectors won't last. So I suggest these bulbs. Search on here if you need pictures of them. They shine extremely well and provide fair light for the road. Also they run about 12-18 on eBay. Good luck!
