What other OEM fuel fiters can i use (EG/EK/DC.......)
My 1991 civic hb si has 218,000 miles on it & I highly doubt the stock fuel filter has ever been changed. The stock EF one looks like this
I think this is what the EG looks like. I think there are difference between the cx/vx and the ex/lx civic though.

I want to know if anyone has ever used larger one like a GSR/ITR one or even a EG/EK
how much should i expect to pay?

well i'd like slightly taller one like the gsr/itr simply because if it's bigger it should have a larger filter there for better flow and ablitiy to last slightly longer
am i right about that?
am i right about that?
I guess so; I don't really see any advantage to doing it though.
If you did want to change it to be different I'd convert it to run a 92-95 civic fuel filter that is a straight through design.
I was going to do that on my car actually, use a EG style filter... but I could find a neat way of doing it so I just stuck with the EF filter.
