Default OBD 2 GSR(complete change over) into my OBD 1 EG hatch??????

OK guys... i have a complete OBD2 swap GSR currently just dropped into my car. I replaced my old b18b?gsr tranny setup with this. All we did pretty much was drop the motor in and plug in all the old plugs.

I have a few plugs left over, and my friend says there only for emissions based items. Well currently the only ECU I have is the p75 (LS ECU), and when I start the car I get a solid check engine light and a funny idle. Is there any way I can get the motor to run on my LS ECU temporarily untill I find a p28 or other compatible ECU? Is it the ecu causing the erratic idle? Also Im running kinda rich. ECU related, vacuum related???

Also I used the axels that came with it... They are good but I get a slight click when turning left. Is it because they are for an integra with ABS brakes?

thanks for any help guys...

fwiw, you shouldnt have ANY extra plugs... those unplugged sensors are probably causing your CELs. missing sensors (IAT, EAIC, reversed TPS and MAP) can all cause CELs and rough idle
