I have a 92 civic hatch with a newer d16y7 which is supposed to be obd2, but it has a 90-91 integra ls ECU which is obd 1. Can this be causing my car to go into limp mode? My check engine light is on, and I tried putting a paperclip into the plug for the ecu to see what codes I got, but nothing happened.
