Arno, 16 inch rims to clear according to the kit maker...price (about $2750) is just ridiculous...

So.. if I go to Ebay and buy a set of used DC5R front Brembos, will they bolt right up on my ITR ??

Second question, since it looks like we need larger wheels to clear the calipers, would JDM 16" ITR wheels work ??

No, I don't plan to go and invest in this project any time soon, I am just curious

A lil OT:

Would anyone know the part number of DC5R brembo "brake pads"

Im about to order soon and I don't know what to ask the people in sales. Most of them doesn't know the specs of a dc5r. Any specifications that I can tell them get the pads I need?

Thanks!

No. These brakes barely clear the JDM ITR 17 rims, 16 would grind or hit.

I've seen a pick of JDM 16" on a DC5R so I guess they can fit. Dunno if a spacer was used or not. The JDM 17" rims are only close on the spokes which probably has more to do with the 60p offset than anything else.

Also there is a race car in the UK running 15" wheels so it will come down to the actual wheel used. Remember the rotors are only 300mm (or so) and 4 pot calipers are more compact than sliding calipers diameter wise, just more bulky in other ways.
