What Am I Missing?
It's a 98' Civic EX. Notice the hole on my firewall, you can see right into the floorboard of my car:
Sorry if the pictures suck, it was dark in my garage and had to use flash.
I've looked at pictures of other peoples car, and they seem to have some type of smaller reservoir similar to the one to the left of the hole. I bought the car like this and didn't notice it until someone pointed it out to me. My brother recently drove it and he says it feels like it has no power steering to him. Feels normal to me, but then this hole on my firewall came to mind and thought it could be related.
Any help would be appreciated!

if you go to your local honda dealer and have them look up the area on their computer im sure they'll findout which grommet your missing for that hole.
