i don't think any of the kits available for the accord come with a ball bearing turbo...and another thing, don't cheap out when it comes to turbo kits...it's the cheap wastegates that stick closed and blow up motors...it's the cheap turbos that use cheap parts that and loose tolerances that create a shitty turbo after 5000 miles and eventually starts burning oil or coolant and severe shaft play...so see, after you figure in the cost of the repairs for buying a cheap (shitty) turbo kit, you might as well have bought one of the nicer ones using reliable parts and good quality...

its an upgrade option for fmax, revhard, and drag, from turbo-kits.com
