that depends on how much boost you want to run. If you want to run lots, you need to build your bottom end. Forged pistons, new rods, cams(head obviously), stuff like that. You'd be better off posting this in the FI forum. they could prolly answer ur questions a little better. although if you only running like 7psi you don't need to do anything except buy an intercooler b/c the Greddy kit doesn't include one with the turbo package

Compression and leak down tests before attempting to spend any cash

first off try the SEARCH function because as the rest of us have found out it is THE MOST helpful item that you can find anywhere on h-t. 2nd..... read up in the FI forums because that is just like an encyclopedia of information. 3rd..... don't hate on me for telling you this because if it wasn't me someone else would.... and oh yeah , HAVE A NICE DAY

WERD!

Don't be fooled by a good compression test, either. Ours was 180 dead nuts across the board; we thought everything was cool. Still kept leaking boost, did a leak down test - 34% in one cylinder, 20% in two, and thirty-something in another. The ideal is 1-2% or less.

Oh yeah, and do a search in the FI forum.

AirWerks makes a turbo with up to 17 pounds of boost by the way GReddy i dont think sells complete kits, however its super JDM can't go wrong with Trust ...XS Engineering also makes a good fashionable kit. With 7 g's, do your homework and check out all your apps. If you decide to build i'd go with the GReddy, Blitz or Apex'integration.

I think you should just piece together a kit.

But first, I think you should do lots of research before you touch anything. You wouldn't want to go messing around and not know what you are doing and **** your motor up.

Damn if you have 7gs... why not go a different route than a Greddy kit....

Just peice it together w/ the best **** available.... ur not really on a budget...

My recommendations:

1. HONDATA
2. Huge Injectors
3. a huge turbo.... GT35R ??
4. full race mani or even an inline pro
5. BIG FMIC
..... and so on......

Good Luck & have fun..... I'm almost boosted, but not w/ a setup like the one above
