the other day my friends and i were installing my system and the fuse that distributes power to the car blew out..at first i was gonna have a hear attack..the car wouldn't start and the lights wouldn't turn on..but we later found that fuse and it was blown...any idea what could've blown that fuse...you can find the fuse by the passenger side...under the hood...and its east to see that the positive of the batter goes to the fuse box and theres that fuse i blew...

ive installed pleny to stereo systems and never encounter blowing that particular power fuse...

btw..i have a 97 ACCORD

 

the one way that main battery fuse can be blown is by the positive end of it touchin ground or the other way around. u prolly had the amp power wire touchin ground for too long which cause the main fuse to be blown.

Hint. All good installers always remove neg. batt. term., no power no problem
