If you're referring to the turbo off a Chrysler 2.2 turbo, then you'll need to either fabricate a flange yourself or get one cut. Then again you could locate the OEM cast aluminum piece and cut the flange off...

It's from a daytona, and where you put an air filter normally there is no snout that sticks out, it is pretty much flush.

Just put a piece of paper over the opening and use a pencil to shade a pattern, then use that as a template to fabricate a flange out of a thin piece of aluminum or steel. You can do all of this with just a handsaw, a hand drill and a hole saw that matches the opening of the turbo inlet diameter. Once you have the flange made, have a tube welded onto the flange and attach the filter to the tube. It's really not that dificult, it'll should take less than hour to make.

you got a T3 off of an 84-87 unintercooled 2.2 . they have the TB before the turbo inlet, right on the compressor side. crap design. TU sells what i think your looking for, check it out. it's an adapter to put a hose on or whatever you want to use it as a "normal" turbo.

a little pricey.

That is exactly what I was looking for, thank you. I also noticed that the exhaust housing flange is a bit different anyone have any experience with this compared to a normal T3?

One of the holes is offset, can I just put another hole there in the correct location?

ok, i see. i forgot all about the differences between a T3 flange, and a Mopar T3 flange. you could probably drill another hole, but it doesn't look like you'll have enough room. it would be like a slot or something. but probably still work.

it's like that because where the turbo bolts up on a 2.2 space is CRAMPED. plus there is the block-to-turbo support bracket in there. they had to offset that bolt just so it could work.

another option would be to see about getting a new, bigger T3 exhaust housing with a standard flange. stock that thing is .48 A/R.

You can swap the exhaust housing with a "normal" one from a Ford 2.3 liter turbo, just make sure to get one with a .63 ar if you don't want to choke power at higher rpm. The Ford style housing is industry standard, meaning it'll bolt up to any manifold designed to fit a T3.
