first of all, our eprom is a piece and takes like 50 times to burn a chip before it works right once,2nd, our fuel pressure is not stock and we dont even knoe what stock pressure is so when we burn it runs to rich due to the higher fuel pressure. next, the ecu runs the same with and without the chip in so we dont know if its doin **** all and 4th of all we have a SOLID ecu code.AAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

 

this same **** is happening to me. luckily one of the .bins i got to burn is safe enough of a tune that i can drive around with it. what burner setup are you using.

sup man, its blackeg logged on at my friends house. i was told by numerous people that you can open the ecu up, and cut (or remove) the j1 jumper( its above the chip socket, right above the r54 or something like that- look around for pics of the p28 ecu and they will show where it is). either way, doing this will by-pass all of the soldering and chipping. if you do this and do not get the solid cel, then the problem lies within the chips or burner or soldering job. if you do this and still get solid cel, then your ecu itself is in trouble. just remember to resolder the jumper in the j1 when u are done with this if you want to be able to run off the chips. see if you can contact anyone where you got the burner from for technical support too. good luck man
