How to enable the v-tec for JDM D15B and what ecu

I swapping out a 93 Civic Ex motor with a JDM D15B. How do I enable the v-tec and what ecu should I use? Engine is coming in Friday and I would like to get it completed this weekend if possible.

wrong forum but why would you do this swap you already have a 1.6 liter vtec engine

You could use the original ECU which is the P08 or you could use a P28 ECU.

The Honda Civic Ex is not a V-tec. It is only a SOHC engine and the one I had was blown. The other reason was that I got the JDM D15B engine for $350 with 21K on it.
