Default Questions on b20vtec.

So I was planning on getting a b16a-siR2 but a friend is trying to talk me into getting a b20 block and an Si head or something.

I dont really know a whole lot about hybrids though. What exactly would I need to do something like this? And, how much do you think it would run me?
