B18c5 Possible in 90 integra?
You want to put the B18C5 in a 90 LS correct? This swap is possible but you might want to convert the car to OBD1 so you can use the correct ECU and so on.. You also need to add the clutch slave cylinder in order to use the Type R tranny
BTW 92-93 Integras were OBD1.. In case you didnt know and dont have the car yet..

If you haven't bought the car yet you should try to find a 92-93..
But 90-93 integras use cable transmissions and in order for you to use the Type R hydro transmission you need to convert to hydro..
Im sure you can find a lot of info about this topic on g2ic.com.. There are a few people on there using hydro trannies... There might even be a conversion kit out somewhere..

converting to hydro
using the master cylinder and pedal assembly.
and the piping to reach to the slave cylinder
pretty straight forward no kits needed.
mounts you will use the ones from the DA..
as far as the wiring no matter what you get
obd0 or obd1
you still have to convert to obd2 since type R first appeared in 96....
the only difference is the front bumper and steering wheel....

You dont have to convert to OBD2.. By using the OBD1 car you can get a chipped P28 and run the car better than with an OBD2 computer..
Plus the B18C5 engine harness plugs right into an obd1 body harness..
That equals less work and better performance..
